The IFSA competition in China will be organised by the CRSA - Chinese Roller Skating Assocation.

In order to let the skaters qualify, and provide them enough chances to do so, IFSA will work with the CRSA, the championship will be judged by CRSA Judges applying CRSA rules. The results of Shanghai Slalom Open will be taken into account for the qualification of IFSA Championship only :
- Freestyle Slalom : 5 men and 3 women
- Speed Slalom : 5 men and 3 women

The Organizing Committee for 2006 Shanghai Slalom Open is pleased to announce that the date of 2006 Shanghai Slalom Open stage is now set from 4th to 6th, Aug, 2006. It would be a great pleasure to meet you at this competition. The accommodations and local transportations will be prepared for the entire participants during the competition (3rd-7th, Aug). We can assure you that we'll make everything convenient to all participants. The reception will begin from the morning of 3rd, Aug. We will pick up all of the participants at the Shanghai Airport, Please inform us your arrival time three days before.
